Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is provided for information and to request quotes. Please use it lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it or access it in ways we haven’t intended.
Fares, quotes and availability
Prices shown on the site are indicative and subject to availability and change. A quote is an offer based on the information we have at that moment and is only held until the ticket is issued. A booking is made only when it is confirmed by us and the supplier.
Supplier conditions
Flights and other travel products are provided by airlines and other suppliers under their own terms, including baggage, change and refund rules. We explain the key conditions before you book. See also our refund policy.
Information on this site
We take care to keep the site accurate, but travel information such as visa and entry rules changes. Visa and immigration content is general information only, not immigration advice. Always check official government sources.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
