Refund Policy
In the event of a refund due to unforeseen circumstances or matters beyond our control, Quick Trips will pass on any refund received from airlines, cruise lines, or land suppliers on your behalf. Please note that the refunded amount may be subject to deductions, including commissions or service fees already earned for services provided.
Some travel products are sold under non-refundable conditions as set by the travel supplier. If you agree to purchase a non-refundable product, no refund will be applicable. We ensure that all relevant terms and conditions are explained at the time of booking so you can make an informed decision.
For voluntary cancellations, refund requests will be subject to penalties imposed by the relevant travel supplier, in addition to Quick Trip’s service fee for processing the refund.
Please be aware that travel suppliers may take up to four months to process eligible refunds once a request has been submitted.
We strongly recommend discussing the specific refund and cancellation policies with our travel consultants before purchasing any travel product through Quick Trips.
